Framingham Planning Board to See Nobscot Shopping Center Development Plans

Plans for a Nobscot shopping center development will be presented at a “pre-application” meeting with the Planning Board tonight, Sept. 25, 7 pm. According to a Framingham Planning Board Facebook post, “The potential project is expected to introduce 25,663 gross square feet of new retail, reuse of the chapel, 158 units of new residential housing, new landscpaing along the property frontage of Water Street and Edgell Road.”

The post does not say where the meeting will take place, but I assume it’s part of the regular meeting held in the Memorial Building (city hall) in the Ablondi Room.

The meeting will also be available on the Framingham Government Channel.
