Casa Del Taco Mexican Restaurant has opened in Saxonville at 1609 Concord St., previous home of the Mediterranean Turkish restaurant that moved down the road, according to the MetroWest Daily News.
Owner Gustavo Corona, who works in construction, told the News that he built out the inside himself. “That’s why it took me so long, because I was just doing it after work, little by little,” he said, the News reported.
The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 3 to 9 pm and Sunday 3 to 8 pm, according to the restaurant’s website.
