In what I’d consider one of the worst possible timing of a planned power shutdown, Eversource told me just now that they are shutting off power starting at 12:10 for up to 3 hours for emergency work around a downed tree limb. Part if not all of Pinefield will be affected, including a portion of Nicholas Road. During a heat advisory when schools are closing early because of unhealthy heat.
