Framingham Repair Cafe. Toss it? No way! Sat, Oct 7th 2pm to 5pm

Do you have something that needs fixing? There will be a Repair Cafe this Saturday, Oct. 7 from 2 to 5 pm at First Parish’s Scott Hall, 24 Vernon Street, Framingham.

Organizers say that most items are welcome, but the repair cafe specializes in clean mendable clothing; lamps; small appliances; computers and other electronics; bicycles; batteries. toys; jewelry; sewing machines; and dull blades.

If your item needs a part, you can save time by bringing a new part with you.

While repairs are free, donations of $5 to $10 per fix are suggested.

The Repair Cafe is a volunteer project sponsored by the Rotary Club of Framingham with support from Transition Framingham. If you’d like to volunteer, head to https://tinyurl.com/FramFixVolunteer.
