See a demonstration of maple sap boiling and learn more about using maple sap and making maple syrup. Jennifer Benson will lead this event hosted by Open Spirit on Saturday, Feb. 17, 1 to 3 pm outdoors in the Open Spirit playground across from Edwards Hall.
Drop by any time during the event to ask questions, collect handouts and tree ID guides, and chat about maple tapping.
