FRAMINGHAM – If, like me, you’ve gotten used to getting around and through Framingham without daytime school traffic, get ready: That’s over for another summer.
Most Framingham Public School students return to the classroom tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 27. Here are the hours for schools in and near the neighborhood. If you want to know when there’s likely to be a lot of drop-off, pick-up, and school bus traffic, check the start and end of these school days: (text below graph has more details)
Framingham High School - 7 am breakfast, 7:25 am to 1:55 pm classes
Cameron and Walsh Middle Schools - 7:55 am breakfast, 8:10 am to 2:25 pm classes
Stapleton and Potter Road Elementary Schools - 8:50 am breakfast, 9:05 am to 3:20 pm classes
King Elementary School - 8:50 am breakfast, 9:05 am to 3:20 pm classes
Hemenway Elementary School - 9:00 am breakfast, 9:15 am to 3:30 pm classes

Learning Center for the Deaf on Central Street - First day of school for students is Tuesday, Sept. 2, school day is generally 8 am to 2:30 pm
MetroWest Jewish Day School on Pamela Road - First day of school is Tuesday, Sept. 2. School day is generally 8:30 am to 3:30 pm; 2 pm on Fridays.
Framingham State University - Semester begins on Wednesday, Sept. 3. Hours obviously highly varied.
