I’ve been doing some sleuthing to try and figure out what other businesses are going into the retail spaces on the ground floor of the Fox Howe mixed use building [on Water Street next to CVS] . . . .
I emailed the Framingham building inspector and he confirmed this morning that the Cape Cod Coffee shop had pulled a building permit! They have several locations down the Cape but it looks like this is the first one in the Boston area. Check out the menu of the Mashpee location. Iif Nobscot will be similar, I think they will do really well here!
I contacted Cape Cod Coffee Company and asked if they had an estimated opening date yet. The marketing manager got back to me [Wednesday] and said they are hopefully going to open around an August timeframe.
