FRAMINGHAM – There will be a free celebration of A.R.T. on the C.R.T (Art on the Cochituate Rail Trail) Sunday, July 26 (a week from this Sunday) starting at 1 pm at the School Street entrance to the trail in Saxonville, according to the Framingham city newsletter. A.R.T. on the C.R.T. is an exhibition of eight artworks along the trail that focus on the theme of “Moving”.

Sunday’s event “will feature live entertainment, light refreshments, and an opportunity to meet several of the artists whose work is featured in this unique outdoor exhibition,” the newsletter said.

The Sunday celebration will be hosted by the Framingham Cultural Council, Friends of Framingham Trails, and the City of Framingham. The exhibit itself was funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and runs through Sept. 1.
