Spicer won 8 of 9 districts, and only lost District 8 by 39 votes.

At-Large City Council
The closest city-wide race of the night by far was the battle for the second At-Large City Council seat. Cheryl Tully Stoll won the first seat handily with 8,391 votes, but George King just edged out Christine Long by 21 votes.
Long won Precinct 2 overall, and topped King there by 209 votes. King’s strongest precinct in the race for the second At-Large spot was Precinct 7, where he had a margin of 120 votes. After that, the contest got very close, with the difference between the two 10 votes or less in 8 precincts.
Cheryl Tully Stoll: 8,393 votes
George P. King, Jr.: 6,865 votes
Christine A. Long: 6,844 votes
Pablo Maia: 1,583 votes
