Nobscot Plaza has been sold for $11.6 million to a company called “Framingham Nobscot LLC” organized as a Delaware LLC and having an address on Albany Street in Boston, Framingham Source reports.

The sale does not include the new CVS, according to the Source. The transaction occurred late last month.

The address for Framingham Nobscot LLC, 527 Albany Street Suite 100 in Boston, is also the office for Transom Real Estate. I wasn’t able to confirm today whether they’re the same. However, it seems possible considering Transom is involved in several other mixed-use development projects in Massachusetts.

One, near the Broadway MBTA stop on West Second Street in South Boston, will “revitalize an underutilized site with a mixed-use building consisting of 55 units, including 7 affordable units, and 2,600 square feet of ground floor retail space,” according to the company’s website. You can see plans here: http://www.bostonplans.org/projects/development-projects/21-35-west-second-street

Another mixed-use project with residential space, retail, and first-floor “craftsman/artist space” by the Airport T stop in East Boston is “still in the permitting phase”, the Transom website says.
