The Nobscot Plaza project is first on the agenda Monday night at the City Council Planning & Zoning Subcommittee meeting Monday, March 13 beginning at 7 p.m. “Peter Spelios will . . . update all of us on the progress of his project in the Nobscot plaza,” according to a post on the Framingham District 2 Facebook group.

There will also be a discussion about “village zoning around the McGrath Square in Saxonville . . . in conjunction with the upcoming McGrath infrastructure renewal project,” the official meeting agenda says.

That Saxonville item comes after discussions about accessory dwelling units, a new overlay district, and changes to floor-area ratios in the city’s regional center and highway corridor districts. In other words, it will likely be awhile into the meeting before they get to Saxonville zoning.

District 2 Councilor Cesar Stewart-Morales is a member of the subcommittee, as is Councilor-at-Large Janet Leombruno. The subcommittee is chaired by District 1 Councilor Christine Long; Councilors Tracey Bryant and Michael Cannon are also members.
