MEMORIAL DAY 26 MAY 2024 CEMETERY VISITS Main text: As tradition holds a group of Patriotic Veterans and supporters will travel to Framingham’s Historic Cemeteries to honor Deceased Veterans at their resting place. Remembrances, prayers, honor guard rifle salute and patriotic music will occur at each location. Please join us to honor our Veterans. Schedule: 8:00 AM: Assemble at City Hall - Memorial Building 8:15 AM: St. Tarcisius Cemetery / Old South Cemetery – Winthrop Street 8:40 AM: Old Burial Ground – Main Street – Buckminster Sq. 9:00 AM: Edgell Grove Cemetery – Grove Street 9:20 AM: St. Stephens Cemetery – Fenwick Street 9:40 AM: St. George Cemetery – Cherry Street 10:00 AM: Edwards Cemetery – Edwards Street 10:20 AM: Rousseau Garage – School Street (Refreshments) Closing note in red text: A City sponsored program will take place at 11:00 am in the Memorial Building - Nevins Hall with the presentation of Liberty and Fidelity Awards to Veterans’ Families.
